Growth Navigator is founded by Dr. Çağdaş Şirin who has 20 years’ experience in business strategy, insights and retail industry in US. Growth Navigator provides insight and information about brand & US market analysis, product development strategies, branding and ultimately brand lunch and penetration in US market. Growth Navigator aims to describe and manage all steps until the retail products are on shelves in US market.

Çağdaş Şirin, Founder
Cağdaş Şirin is GroNavi’s founder. He is an entrepreneur with executive experience in US and European markets. Dr. Sirin’s expertise lie in data inspired decision making and strategic leadership. After teaching in US and Turkish universities for several years as a professor of economics/econometrics, his recent experience focuses on the retail industry, marketing, brand equity, and pricing models. He joined Chobani as Senior Vice President in 2015 , where he built an insights and category management team that he integrated with the company’s demand generation goals. Recognizing the size of US economy and its retail/wholesale market, Cagdas founded Gronavi in 2018 to help global companies to penetrate and ‘locally’ grow in US. He has statistics degree from METU and Master and Phd in Economics from Suffolk University, Boston.
Meg Asaro,
Marketing & Positioning
Meg Asaro has worked at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer research and cultural foresight for over 20 years. Through codifying story-making, growth platforms, consumer insights and semiotics, she equips her clients for the future. Using both traditional and bespoke methodologies, she unpacks her thinking to reveal digital and real world brand ecosystems. Meg earned her stripes running boutique strategy departments at Little Big Brands and Spring Design Partners, engineering the Visual Strategy practice at CBX and serving as CSO for the Future Laboratory in the US. She was featured in Fast Company and speaks about cultural foresight, brand strategy and design around the world.
Kurt Houser,
Creative Director
Kurt Hauser holds a BFA in marketing and graphic design from the School of Visual Arts in New York and with more than twenty years experience, his work has appeared in numerous publications and has been recognized with many national design awards. He has spent his career in various strategic branding agencies, leading creative departments and developing a multitude of brands from the ground up as well as refining existing brands for Fortune 100 clients such as Coke, Unilever, Citibank, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson and Diageo.
Karina Kromsova,
Sales & Marketing
Karina Kromsova is an experienced brand and sales developer with 15+ years in the retail industry and an MBA from Pittsburg. She spent the first part of her career in retail, where she lead product development and marketing for $10B+ retail company, Giant Eagle. She then followed her dreams to NYC where she worked for Chobani during it’s peak time of growth, developing sales in all emerging accounts (Amazon, Costco, Sams Club, to name a few). Later she has spent time helping new start ups, such as Aspire Group. fluence.
Marti McGoldrick,

Marti McGoldrick has 20+ years of CPG experience in a variety of roles including Category Management, Trade Marketing and her favorite, Sales! While working in senior leadership positions for Hormel Foods, DelMonte Foods and Snyder’s-Lance Inc., Marti built relationships with several key retailers including Walmart, Publix, Stop & Shop and Amazon. In 2018, she founded catapultx3, an ecommerce sales company, and has been helping small-mid scale CPGs grow their online presence through packaging solutions, search campaigns and retail readiness.
Selçuk Şirin,

Selçuk Şirin is an applied psychologist uses empirical research methods to better understand the consumers, and to arm professionals with this knowledge so as to better address the needs of the most vulnerable. The goal, that unites all of his work, is to position the brands in US Market. He focuses on entrepreneurship that creates innovation in retails. He has published his work in top journals, also made a concerted effort to get his work to a wider audience both locally and globally. He has served on several policy committees such as the National Academy of Sciences, the Urban Institute, and the Migration Policy Institute and collaborated with UNESCO.

Ezgi Duygu Bekdemir is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has M.Sc. degree from New York University, in Technology and Innovation Management. As an advisor who has 13 year experience on market research, innovation management, and data driven decision making, she has worked in private sector developing and completing several successful innovative projects. She also worked as project management advisor for the largest NGOs of Turkey. Her recent experience focuses on entrepreneurship and helping local brands to enter US market.
